EDIT: I had nurses ARIA and NOVI 👌🏼 Responses = immediate, professional = the best, Experienced = Absolutely. From the time of messages they arrived within hours and could have come sooner if my room was ready or I went into the clinic (was not in a state to travel) Honestly was better healthcare than what’s provided in Australia… They’re also able to provide full documentation so you can cover through travel insurance (read your policy obviously but typically if deemed medically necessary, should be able to claim). Couldn’t recommend this company any more highly, i just wish I got them out sooner! I had a fever over 39 degrees for a day along with other symptoms, we got meds from a chemist that night and it mostly settled over night and for the next day but started again even on meds. I messaged the drip team on what’s app, they replied within minutes and said the staff can assess which option would be best for me. The team that came out were so thorough and professional, they were very experienced and also able to provide follow up medication on the spot to treat my condition and said if I’m still not improving the next day to message the WhatsApp and they will be able to provide a script for anitbiotics too. During the drip my fever already started to improve and for hours after Ive continued to keep feeling better, they’ve been even followed up the next day to check in

Amazing service!! So responsive, professional and careful. My husband battled gastro for 24 hours but wasn’t winning. We contacted Drip Medical Clinic by WhatsApp and they responded immediately, asking for a description of the symptoms and our address. Very clear and swift communication. Nurse Rio arrived at the villa within 25 minutes of registration. Rio checked all the vitals and took a full history, including previous medications taken. He set up a drip with medicines, vitamins and nutrients. Everything is carefully packaged and he explained the sterilisation steps as he went. He also provided tablets and instructions for the next 24 hours, including the best foods to re-introduce slowly. He also suggested follow up testing in the lab so we knew precisely which gastro variant we were treating. The whole experience was very clear, caring and professional. Cannot recommend Rio highly enough!!
